去日本應(yīng)注意什么商務(wù)文化禮儀呢？

下面就介紹一些這方面的注意事項(xiàng)：

“商務(wù)文化注意事項(xiàng)”有8項(xiàng)：

一、商務(wù)文化注意事項(xiàng)

1.在第一次見(jiàn)面互相介紹時(shí)遞上名片，名片最好是用日語(yǔ)和英語(yǔ)雙語(yǔ)。注意要用雙手遞，也用雙手接名片。接到名片后認(rèn)真閱讀以后，小心翼翼地收好。Business cards are usually exchanged upon introductions. It is advisable to have yours printed in both English and Japanese. Use both hands to both present and receive cards. Read the card carefully before putting it away.

2.鞠躬是日本人見(jiàn)面打招呼的傳統(tǒng)習(xí)慣，但也習(xí)慣于握手。如果對(duì)方向你鞠躬，你也要向?qū)Ψ骄瞎?，深度?yīng)與對(duì)方相當(dāng)或者稍微深一些——因?yàn)榫瞎纳疃葮?biāo)志著你與對(duì)方在地位上的差別。The Japanese are accustomed to shaking hands upon greeting, though bowing is traditional and sometimes used as well. If your are bowed to, return the gesture by bowing either to the same depth or lower - the depth of your bow is indicative of the status relationship between you and your counterpart.

3.商務(wù)約會(huì)一定要提前確定，準(zhǔn)時(shí)抵達(dá)。Make business appointments in advance and be punctual.

4.與日本人見(jiàn)面時(shí)使用敬體，比如與山田先生或者山田女生見(jiàn)面時(shí)應(yīng)該稱對(duì)方為“山田?！?。Conser using the honorific suffix san when addressing people when introduced: Mr. or Ms. Yamada can be addressed as Yamada-san.

5.娛樂(lè)是商務(wù)交往中的重要內(nèi)容，一般是在下班時(shí)間去酒吧或者餐館。在這種場(chǎng)合雖然也可能涉及商務(wù)，但主要是建立友好關(guān)系。Entertainment is an important part of business arrangements and usually takes place after business hours at a bar or restaurant. Although business may be discussed, these outings are primarily occasions for building friendships.

6.注意日本人不喜歡當(dāng)眾否決別人的意見(jiàn)，他們不說(shuō)“不”，但是用一個(gè)不那么堅(jiān)決和真誠(chéng)的“是”來(lái)表示“不”的意思。Be aware that the Japanese try not to disagree openly. They may avo saying "no" by giving an unenthusiastic "yes."

7.商務(wù)禮品在日本非常重要。禮物必須包裝，一般在第一次見(jiàn)面時(shí)呈上。Business gifts are very important in Japan. The gifts should always be wrapped and are often presented at first business meetings.

8.商務(wù)穿著偏正式和保守。男人穿西服，女人也要著套裝。Business dress is formal and conservative. Men should wear a suit and women should wear either a dress or a suit.

二、日常文化注意事項(xiàng)：

1. 大部分日本人在談話間避免與對(duì)方目光對(duì)視。Most Japanese people avo direct eye contact during conversations.

2.在于日本人交談時(shí)，只有你肯定對(duì)方已經(jīng)結(jié)婚并有孩子的情況下才可問(wèn)及對(duì)方的配偶和孩子。如果向沒(méi)有結(jié)婚或沒(méi)有生育的人問(wèn)侯配偶和孩子會(huì)讓日本人感到尷尬。Only ask people about their spouse or children if you are sure your conversational partner is married/has children. Asking unmarried people about a spouse or childless people about children may embarrass a Japanese person. 

3. 進(jìn)日本人家里的時(shí)候，一般來(lái)說(shuō)要脫鞋，將鞋尖對(duì)著門口的方向，可模仿主人的動(dòng)作。When entering a Japanese home, it is customary to remove shoes and position them facing the door. Follow your host's example .

4.使用筷子吃飯時(shí)，不要用筷子指人，也不要把筷子插在米飯碗里。If using chopsticks, avo using them to point at someone and do not leave them sticking up in a bowl of rice.

5.給日本人送禮時(shí)，日本人一般不會(huì)當(dāng)面拆開(kāi)禮物。The Japanese do not usually open gifts when they are presen ted.

6.如果被邀請(qǐng)到日本人家做客，一般可以帶巧克力、餅干或者糕點(diǎn)作為禮物。最好在大型超市購(gòu)買禮物，并且包裝。It is customary to bring chocolate, cookies or cakes when invited to a Japanese home. Purchasing them in a department store where they will be wrapped is recommended.
